Its been a minute... Okay, six years.  A lot has changed in that time.  Where is Trinity now? Downstairs in the garage... in need of some parts and some love.  Of course, at the moment we are on Stay at Home orders due to COVID-19 so getting parts is not really high on the priority list of things to do.  She's still below 70K miles and starting to show some wear (she's been a daily driver all her life) but she still looks good.  Or will once I wash her again.

2012 derailed my life as I knew it then and it took until 2017 before I got my proverbial feet back on the ground.  I made some choices that changed my direction.  I have some regrets but not for where I am now.  How does that translate to the car? Well, car shows are done.  Maybe someday I'll get her back to her show car condition but right now I don't see that happening anytime soon.  I could sell her but just the thought of doing that about killed me.  There's so much between 2006 and now that the car represents to me that letting her go would be like giving up my child or a family member.  So, for now, I have nothing major to report.  She's still with me. Runs like a champ. Drains her battery easily if not driven (her temper tantrum if you ask me). But that's part of what needs work right now...  She needs a stock battery tray with all the mounting hardware, blanket, and terminal posts.  I keep thinking I kept hers but after moving I'm not sure I'll find it.  Until I do, or until I get replacement parts instead, she's resting downstairs protected from the elements and waiting for my return.
